How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → SimplyKanji → Cancel. You'll keep access until your current billing period ends.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Your study progress, streaks, and SRS data are saved locally on your device. They persist as long as the app is installed.
Which JLPT levels are free?
N5 (100 kanji) and N4 (300 kanji) are completely free, forever. Premium unlocks N3, N2, and N1.
I found a mistake in the kanji data.

Will there be cloud sync between devices?
Possibly, and if it ships it will be opt-in. The default will always be on-device. The privacy policy will be updated before any cloud feature launches.
